Overview

 

Label-free live cell-based assays

·         unlabeled, living cells and small animal model organisms

·         confluence, cell growth and compound-induced inhibition of growth

·         count cells, determine (mono-)clonality and colony size

Fluorescent applications

eaZYX image analysis applications are capable of robust object identification in background and noise intensive image capture conditions, allowing for analysis of brightfield images from multiwell plates (meniscus creates variable backgrounds) or extremely weak fluorescent signals (very noise intensive images).  Please go to the overview for more info of the specific and unique features of eaZYX applications.
