Overview
Label-free live cell-based
assays
·
unlabeled, living cells and small animal model organisms
·
confluence, cell growth and compound-induced inhibition of
growth
·
count cells, determine (mono-)clonality and colony size
·
replace surrogate endpoint assays (e.g mitochondrial and
fluorescent)
Fluorescent applications
·
focus on signals invisible to the human eye through microscope
eyepieces
·
visualize low abundance proteins that make up 90% of the
proteome
·
avoid non-physiological assays with excessive over-expression
levels
·
automated, dynamic assignment of cytoplasm regions in relation
to nuclei
Color-based analysis (of
brightfield and fluorescent images)
·
histology and histopathology
·
immunocytochemistry and immunohistochemistry
·
tunable filters for accurate object ID in DAB
immunocytochemistry
·
live & dead assays, multicolor fluorescent readouts
eaZYX
image analysis applications cover a wide spectrum of biological assays: cells and
model organisms, tissue sections and beads, cell proliferation, apoptosis,
differentiation, protein (trans-)location and quantification, … Please review Tables
for a list of applications.
eaZYX
image analysis applications are capable of robust object identification in
background and noise intensive image capture conditions, allowing for analysis
of brightfield images from multiwell plates (meniscus creates variable
backgrounds) or extremely weak fluorescent signals (very noise intensive
images). Please go to the overview for more info of the specific and unique features
of eaZYX applications.
New
eaZYX applications can be developed fast and in a stepwise fashion to expand
your unmet imaging needs. See Customer Support & Services.
